Installing Overstat

Launching Overstat

To launch Overstat:

Make sure that Overstat is already installed on your website, and that you have your login information (your login username will be your email address, and your password will be supplied to you either in your registration email or by your system administrator)
Go to any page on your site where Overstat has been installed
Launch Overstat by hitting the special key sequence – hit the tilde key (~) three times
Enter your login information and Overstat will launch!

I can’t find how to log in on the Overstat website

Overstat is unlike other legacy web analytics product in that you don’t log in on our website to see information about your website; you go to your own site and log in there instead, and see the analytics on top of your own pages. You should have received your login information and instructions on how to login with your welcome email. If you can’t find that email, please contact us for assistance.

Overstat 60 day free trial

Overstat can be installed for 60 days as a free trial. At the end of the trial period you will have the option to sign up for one of our paid subscription plans, otherwise you will pay nothing. To sign up now, click here.

Overstat subscription plans

Overstat has a variety of subscription plans to suit your requirements and budget, starting at $29.95 per month. Once your free trial period (see above) has expired you can just choose the plan that suits you, with no permanent commitment.

Our subscription fees can be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually, either with a credit card or with a recognized company purchase order. Please contact us if you have any questions about billing.

Overstat runs really slowly

If you have a slow connection, sometimes Overstat can be appear to be running slowly. First check your Internet connection is ok, then try exiting and restarting your browser, then re-launching Overstat. If the problem persists, please contact us.
